Mission Statement
Meeting of the Minds committee is a function of Jubilee House Ministry, an organization established to
provide resources and support to communities and families in Washington State and beyond. Members
of the committee will be intentional about creating community partnerships, networking for the
purpose of empowering those we serve.
Objectives:
1. Foster innovative impactful programs to enhance leadership and service capabilities,
empowering leaders within the nonprofit sector, strengthening the ministry’s mission.
2. Identify and secure grant opportunities aligned with Jubilee Ministry’ vision.
Deliverables
1. Coordinating community partner meetings and events on technical subjects and other
educational topics.
2. Researching and applying for grants to fund all committee extensions of the organization.

Mission Statement
Grief and bereavement are emotional responses to the loss of a loved one AND\OR the very separation or loss of anything dear to you. Grief involves feelings like sadness and anger, while bereavement is the state of having lost someone. The grieving process is personal and can include stages like denial, anger, and acceptance. Coping varies, and support from others can be helpful. There is no "right" way to grieve.

Jubilee House Ministries’ goal is to support faith-based leaders and behavioral health providers in aligning and expanding spiritual wellness and mental health in our community. These efforts are meant to strengthen the individuals in the community to thrive and "Live Well." Specifically, Jubilee House Ministries: • engage clergy, faith-based leaders, and behavioral health providers to increase understanding of each other’s services, resources, and opportunities, • support the development of collaborations to build capacity and advance wellness in Washington state area with a focus on the African American and Latinx populations, • identify faith-based and behavioral health champions to provide facilitator training in community venues, and • increase knowledge of behavioral health services for the faith based community and to increase knowledge of faith-based community services for behavioral health providers.

Sharing the word of God from the Holy Bible
Proclaim liberty throughout the land to all ages, races, colors, and creeds. Assisting believers in maintaining their belief and growth in the scriptures. Supporting them with various spiritual services, support groups and fellowship. Preaching and teaching the good news which is the gospel according to the Holy Bible. Reaching out to all to share the love of God which is experienced through reconciliation and faith in who he is.
